I support this, *if* the question is changed to include just the e-mail *address fields* of the Email app. As a matter of fact, since the last update (1.0.3.8), the keyboard *does* change for e-mail address fields (example: Google login) - where "," is replaced by "@", but for some weird reason, the To/Cc/Bcc fields in the Email app aren't recognized as e-mail address fields.
